CrossFit – CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program that is constantly varied, executed at high-intensity, functional movements. Here at CrossFit RepScheme we offer personal training in a group setting. All sessions participate in a WOD (Workout of Day). We program our own WOD’s and ensure they will prepare you for the unknown, which prepares you for whatever life brings your way. Our classes range from 5-20 athletes who perform the daily workouts. We have classes throughout the day to meet the members needs. We have a fantastic member base that grows in size each month. Please stop by and judge us yourself.  

 

CrossFit Power Lifting – This program is for anyone wanting to move weight. You will learn the skills and techniques of the most powerful lifters in the world. This program focuses on the: back squat, bench press, and deadlift. This program will improve your metabolic conditioning (met con), build overall strength, and understanding the techniques to manipulate the bar with the most efficiency. It is challenging but fun.

 

CrossFit Mobility We provide mobility education that directly targets the principles of CrossFit, sports conditioning, and high intense body weight movements. Here at CrossFit RepScheme we have coaches that are experienced with mobility. Between our coaches, you will find: All are CrossFit Level I Certified, CrossFit Mobility Certified,CrossFit Power Lifting Certified. We will help you improve your flexibility.

 

CrossFit Kids – CrossFit Kids is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit, it is entirely absolutely CrossFit geared and designed for a special population and the specific developmental needs of that population (neurological, cognitive, and motor). CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for kids and teenagers that helps them develop a lifelong love of fitness. In a group setting, children and teens participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well- rounded athletes.

 

CrossFit Olympic Lifting (OLY)  This is a great program for anyone wanting to be stronger or for someone who just falls in love with the bar. You will learn the clean/jerk and snatch. This will improve your metabolic conditioning (met-cons) and build more explosiveness with in you while ensuring you can manipulate the bar with the utmost efficiency. Most of all you will love the bar! Its fun and challenging.

 

CrossFit Striking  – Fighters are some of the most well-conditioned and powerful athletes in the world. This is due, in part, to their striking training since punching and kicking with true power, speed and accuracy requires people to utilize their entire body from the ground up. As a consequence, striking is one of the most rudimentary and functional movements that involve the core. Developed by Martial Arts Masters Hall of Fame inductee and LAPD SWAT team member, CrossFit Striking is designed to take both the skills and the benefits from a fighter’s striking training program and integrate them into CrossFit workouts.

 

CrossFit Strongman  – This is the integration of strongman movements and energy systems into the constantly varied CrossFit model. Think of it as “old-school movements with new-school programming. We believe CrossFit Strongman is the best – and most fun way to increase strength while still increasing work capacity across broad time and modal domains. In CrossFit, we want a stimulus that is constantly varied so we never stop progressing in our fitness. Strongman movements provide plenty of variation in a toy-filled playground where athletes can test and improve their brute strength and overall fitness level. Because of the often-awkward size, shape and consistency of the objects we use in strongman, the lifts tend to have less efficiency than those done with a barbell. Case in point: a water-filled keg. This represents a dynamic load that challenges the neuromuscular system in a way a barbell can’t. For this reason, as athletes, we need to develop efficient movement patterns with inefficient loads. That response is at the heart of being a great athlete, and it also applies to the real world, where few objects have handles and perfect balance.

 

CrossFit Football/Sports Enhancement – (Coming Soon) Soon to offer a specific training program that combines aspects of weight training, agility work, and speed training. Weight training that will increase your strength week after week and speed training that will cut time off any task that is in your path. The agility drills will prepare you for any sport. With the assets and knowledge, we will make you stronger, faster, and more agile! Whether you want to run the bases faster on the diamond or make that game saving tackle on the gridiron CrossFit RepScheme is where you need to be! Athletes train all  year! There is no such thing as time off in the athletic world. ONLY THE STRONG SURVIVE!

 

CrossFit Personal Training – One on one personal training sessions are for those who can’t make it to the classes during the day or just need more on a one on one basis. During each individual session, the coach can focus on areas specific to the needs of each athlete whether it be strength, endurance or flexibility. One on one personal training allows you to specialize a workout program that fits your needs.

 

Nutrition Guidance – Here at CrossFit RepScheme we help you with all of it. We believe that food should be enjoyable and not a task. We believe your performance begins with nutrition, it is the foundation for elite fitness. We offer nutritional guidance and can help you get on track with a healthy lifestyle. What you put in, is what you get out.

  • 1 hour session: $75
