Body Dunk WinersWe would like to congratulate everyone that participated and stuck with the Body Dunk 45 day Fat Loss Challenge, fantastic work guys! You guys really kicked some butt and it really shows! For all of you that pushed through the challenge to the end, each and everyone of you experienced a loss in body fat. Be proud of your accomplishment. This challenge for the women was extremely close for 2nd place, with a separation of only .05%, this is truly amazing. Additionally, congratulations to Jenn and Neil who took home the Body Dunk 45 Day Fat Loss Challenge! Jenn and Neil were not only the winners of the $1,000.00 cash and prize purse, they lost a combine total of 62.92% body fat since the start of the challenge!  Congratulation for participating in the challenge and congratulations on being a healthier you!

In gyms and health clubs throughout the world the typical workout consists of isolation movements and extended aerobic sessions. The fitness community from trainers to the magazines has the exercising public believing that lateral raises, curls, leg extensions, sit-ups and the like combined with 20-40 minute stints on the stationary bike or treadmill are going to lead to some kind of great fitness. Well, at CrossFit we work exclusively with compound movements and shorter high intensity cardiovascular sessions. We’ve replaced the lateral raise with push-press, the curl with pull-ups, the leg extension with squats, and the mirrors with bumper plates.
